SHIPPING & RETURNS
COVID 19- Please note Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays with letter and parcel post currently due to the pandemic. Please be patient with receiving your orders during this time.
The time I need to prepare an item for shipping varies.
Estimated timeframes for me to ship out your orders to you (this does not include the time to make the item) are the following:
UK: 3-5 business days
Europe: 1-3 plus weeks
Rest of the world: 2-4 plus weeks
Orders going to the UK are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class.
International orders can take anything up to and beyond 20 business days to be delivered depending on the country in which the parcel is being sent.
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I do not take responsibility for undelivered parcels or parcels delayed due to incorrect delivery details being provided to me.
Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout by weight.
Customs and Import Taxes
Please note buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for these payments or any delays due to customs.
Returns are accepted (including sale items) if you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to cancel your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Only then can we process your full refund, including original shipping costs at a basic rate (ie. special delivery surcharges will not be refunded). You will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us and these costs will not be refunded.
Please note custom, bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number may be sufficient.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, you will receive a refund and will need to make a new purchase for the new item.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to the mailing address provided to you once you have contacted us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is damaged or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item or use a tracked service.
